Microsoft Sentinel
With Microsoft Sentinel, it is possible to monitor your entire environment (both cloud and on-premises) and provide a single solution for attack detection, threat visibility, proactive detection, and threat response. In this session, the Microsoft Sentinel product will be explained, and the underlying architecture will be discussed with the aim of providing insight into the possibilities that this product offers. By showing this hands-on, everyone can form an image of how to set up such an environment.

This session will be given by MVP Thijs Lecomte. Thijs is a passionate M365 engineer with a strong focus on strong security. As a Microsoft Sentinel and Threat Protection expert, he helps customers around the world to secure their (cloud) environment with Microsoft security products.
During the day, he is a Senior Microsoft 365 Consultant working for a Belgian Microsoft partner, The Collective Consulting. Where he is responsible for building out and maintaining the MDR service. At night, he is a writer and technical editor for the ‘Microsoft 365 Security for the IT Pro’ eBook. Blogs on his website (365bythijs.be) and is active on various community forums such as Tech Community and Reddit.
